When I published Someoneโs Story , I did so thinking maybe nobody I didn’t actually know would ever read a word of it. Maybe I will put this out and not a single person outside my family and friends will care. Would I still do it? Yes. Why? The work was so fun. Creating stories has been the greatest experience of my life. I just want to do this over and over again.
Lucky for me, some people are reading this and when they do, some of them react like this:

“This is one of those once in a lifetime books that will hit you & leave you reeling. Life. Friendship. Mental health. This book has it all. “

Reviews like that make me want to slam 20,000 words into Pulse . It’s a weird feeling to work on something for years and then hand it over to a stranger wondering what they will say. When their words are that strong, I can’t even explain the strange combination of satisfaction, motivation, and determination it spawns. Someone’s Story is slowly finding an audience and I am so proud of that!

" It is a story about a boy who calls himself "someone" . After moving from a small town to a bigger one, his life undergoes many changes. But sometimes change is the best thing that happens to you . He meets new people , makes new friends , and finds his place in this new life . The story beautifully shows how friends can help each other overcome their hardships , how letting go of your past is difficult but necessary , how everyone is dealing with their own share of troubles and most importantly how important it is to share your feelings with the people you trust and to find yourself . Being the debut novel of @ba_bellec , it was just perfect . The author has dealt with important issues like mental illness , broken family and bullying in such a delicate manner. The pace was a bit slow in the beginning but it got better soon. I really liked that the chapters had names rather than numbers. It was such an easy read with such a good flow that just kept me going. I value friendship more than anything and that made this story even closer to my heart . Especially the dialogues of Kevin were so amazing sometimes i felt they were written for me . Those are the things we all need to hear sometimes and im sure you'll understand that when you read this amazing novel. When i was at the start of the story i thought it would just go with the same pace and when i reached the climax …..oh my God . I literally couldn't stop reading . I stayed up till 2am to complete it . Definately worth a read ๐คฉ ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ : Have you read this book ? If so did you love it ? ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ก๐ : 10/10

๐ฆQOTD: Whatโs the book that influenced you the most? Well I canโt believe that Iโm saying this but Someoneโs Story was like a bomb thrown in my direction, it left me in complete awe and YES it influenced me more than All The Bright Places! CRAZYY I KNOW! tysm @ba_bellec for gifting me with this one hell of an awesome journeyโค๏ธ ๐๐๐๐๐ The story centers Someone, a 17-year-old messed up teenager, a literal no body ensnared by his anxieties, stress and loneliness. He moved in a new town hoping for a fresh start just to meet a bunch of resembling, yet completely different weirdos each with their own hidden and turmoiled background. As he struggles to break free from his slough of misery, and settle in his own groove amid all of the senior year drama, a mouth-dropping twist will unravel with it being the culprit and the key answer to all the bafflement in his muddled life. Ok so I literally devoured this spectacular must read book! It was just the perfect combination of everything I adore , yup it spoke my language! Weโre talking about jogging๐โโ๏ธwriting and jotting down random thoughts โ๏ธ , the Business class which I found pretty intriguing even to those who know little about the subject, and finally COFFEE!! Like that blonde roast which Iโm dying to try made my mouth-water from just reading its splendid description๐คค The characters are poignant and soo relatable they drag you in their chaotic lives with all of its ups and downs. Despite the fact that I felt that the plot was a bit lacking, I loved it all the same! When I closed this book I realised that there were tears streaming down my face๐ญ as my heart was packed/welled with emotions. Such an intense inspirational book thatโs about loss, love, battling with the demon inside you and finding salvation. It presses the issue of how life isnโt fair or easy but you just got to accept and learn from your own failures, move forward and never give up. PS: I came across a reviewer criticizing that this books talks about depression, yet Someone has a job, friends and a hobby. Iโd like to tell him that you could still have all those things, and still (Continue reading in the comments…)

This is just unbeleivable!
Thanks to everyone that has read this. To those who havenโt, check out the reviews. Those are the honest words of people who took a chance on some weird indie project from a no-name author and come grab Someone’s Story while it is still FREE .
Keep those minds sharp and happy readings!
